Rainbow Homes Non-Profit Housing Corporation
In June 1999 Rainbow Homes was granted exemption from federal income tax under section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Donors may deduct contributions to Rainbow Homes as provided in section 170 of the Code. Bequests, legacies, devises, transfers, or gifts to Rainbow Homes for use are deductible from federal estate and gift tax purposes if donor meets the applicable provisions of sections 2055, 2106, and 2522 of the Code.
